Storage

We use fresh ingredients, and no additives or artificial colouring in our products, so we recommend the following storage methods.

Our pasta should be stored below 8 degrees so it's ideally stored in a refrigerator. If the pasta if left opened in a chiller it will tend to dry out a little if you don't cover it with cling film. This is normal, and does not affect the quality of the product since it will rehydrate when put into boiling water.

All our products are batch coded when packed so we know exactly when the product was made should you ever have an enquiry regarding an individual product's freshness.

Do you know

why our pasta is truly fresh?

We define all our products as fresh because we do not use additives, and is produced using traditional methods. Most mainstream so-called "fresh" pasta contains preservatives to extend the shelf life.
We believe our pasta tastes better naturally fresh.
