How to serve our pasta

Serving our pasta

Add oil, melted butter or a sauce of your choice.

Heat the sauce, butter or oil in a pan. Once heated add the cooked pasta, and gently stir to coat the pasta before serving.

Serve immediately. Add some grated Parmesan cheese. Eat while hot and enjoy.

Serving suggestions

To appreciate the flavour of our filled pastas, we suggest you serve them with a very light sauce, or simply melted butter.

Serve our plain pasta - tagliatelle, tagliolini and fusilli - with a heavier sauce or pesto.

Remember to top your pasta with Parmesan cheese, and finish with a little ground black pepper.
