supplies the finest Italian fresh pasta available in the UK to restaurants, hotels and caterers.
Our award-winning range of super premium fresh pasta is made in North Italy using traditional methods of production with “00” flour, high egg content (20% min), and the finest artisan produced fillings such as venison marinated in wine and braised to melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.
WHAT MAKES OUR PASTA SO GOOD?

- Handmade: all Tortelloni are hand-folded one by one
- Size: pre-packed in 1 kg for the filled pasta, and 500g for the plain pasta
- Storage: the filled pasta comes frozen and the plain pasta chilled
- Shelf-life: 6 months for the filled pasta and 30 days for the plain pasta
- Convenience: by cooking directly from frozen, you get full control of stock and have no wastage
We blast-freeze our filled pasta to lock in the flavour and all nutrients, and to help you keep control of your stock.
For best results we recommend cooking directly from frozen.
