Taste our new Foodservice products for 2008 at Hotelympia
Some of Wales’s best known food and drink producers are heading for London and one of the hospitality industry’s most important events, Hotelympia (17-21 February). The event has been an integral part of the UK market for almost 75 years.
A number of Welsh companies - among them True Taste award winner The Fresh Pasta Company - will be exhibiting at the show under the Welsh Assembly Government’s True Taste banner.
The Fresh Pasta Company will be launching a bumper crop of innovative products at the show. New items will be Smoked Salmon Ravioli, Rocket Ravioli, Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli, Fresh Lasagne Sheets, Basil & Potato Gnocchi and Small Spinach Gnocchi. Also making a first appearance will be handmade pastas: Artichoke Heart Tortelloni, Braised Beef Tortelloni, Wild Mushroom Tortelloni, and Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni.
