Delicate in flavour, the artichoke is blended to perfection with ricotta and Grana Padano cheeses, wrapped in a silky candy shaped pasta.

Pumpkin & Amaretti Caramelle
The sweetness of the amaretti brings together the flavours of the fresh pumpkin and Grana Padano cheese in a traditional and festive flavour candy shaped silky pasta.

Tremosine Cheeses Tortei
Garda Tremosine (DOP) from the Garda Lake is blended with 3 regional cheeses achieving a unique sumptuous flavour, wrapped in a silky pasta tortei (tortelloni).

Venison Tortelloni
Braised in wine to melt-in-your-mouth tenderness, the robust flavoured venison is matched to a well-rounded wine, wrapped in a silky pasta tortelloni.
