Award Winner Larger than Life Tortelli - The Food & Drink Expo 06

The Fresh Pasta Company, the finest gourmet pasta producer in the UK, has once again been recognized for its exciting and innovative products.

This time their Butternut Squash & Sage Large Tortelli - a delicious larger than life tortelli made with "00" flour and egg pasta, and filled with a sweet and delicate butternut squash puree, with sage and ricotta cheese, was the winner of the Ready Meal category in the Food & Drink Expo's Ideas to Dine For 2006 Awards.
